I have never, I mean never ever received the best service I received from Charles Manamela from Vanschaik book store at Braamfontein branch. I bought books telephonically and he made sure that all my books are delivered to me in time,he made follow up for me until the last day. The guy is really customer centric. He is a good asset of the customer🤞👌😘
