Wrong orders and attitude from the customer service

I bought 2 vans on the 25th of September and they sent me shoes that don’t match the description and I bought size 5 and 8 I was sent 3 and half and 6 and half. Took them back for a refund and 3 weeks later I get a call from them telling me that the shoes have marks on them and because of that I can’t get a full refund, when I ask the rude lady how did I get marks on a size 6 and half while I wear size 8, she said she doesn’t know she wasn’t with me. I was a loyal vans customer but after this stunt I’m done with them and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymore
