Worst service,poor communication and unprofessional

If -1 was available i would give it that rating I placed an order 20th December 2024 hoping to receive them the soonest since on the website it says they deliver within 3-5 working days. Today its the 30 December 2024 no sneaker no update, contacted their client care centre where i found a rude consultant who stated that they working from home and there's nothing they can do about it when i requested 2 speak to a team leader.
