Very aggressive and almost physical

Hi all my name is Jabu masuku on Tuesday I went into the Vans store mall of Africa looking for a per of vans for my son is was assted by a gentleman (didn't get his name because the all dont have name tags on them ) who told me the price is R550 ,I told him I will be back onThursday Being Thursday I went back to the store to buy them, got shown different price R600 when asked how come they told me 3 different stories and got super aggressive to the point one was getting almost physical and Lady was physical in our face

I then asked the store manager is name said "king " to give the H.O but that failed as well only when I treated to go to centre management only then he give this email address so please assist because I do not understand why would something like this happen special in front of the store "manager "were a customers get to be almost manhandled like this
