VANS - EASTGATE - MANAGERS DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!

Bought a pair of shoes on a Saturday for a present. Took them back on the Sunday and was told that I could not exchange the shoes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nowhere in their store does it stipulate NO exchanges OR refunds on clothing or shoes. The manager's attitude is disgusting and has NO regard for customer service. Called today to ask if I could do a complete refund and I heard the manager saying "whatever". VANS Eastgate branch needs a shake up!!!!!!! Before they lose any more customers
