Vans Bad Customer Service

I bought the Tiger print Vans at Vans online from R999 at R499 and guess what,after wearing the shoes three times having them for less than 30days,the shoes got damaged on the sole.

I then contacted Vans, requested a return hoping to atleast get a refund, voucher or exchange of the exact they are saying they are not going to give me any of the above mentioned as the shoes were a wear and tear imagine after spending so much on one pair of shoes all because of QUALITY! I have never been this disappointed and heartbroken so please be careful with Vans. Their customer service is also way too poor and they don't care about their customers.

Even now they still don't want to give me my money!!!
