Unprofessional and lack on communication terrible service

I placed an online order for my sons Christmas shoes on 17 December.. knowing about their quick and swift delivery... It is day 4 and i havemt receievd anything.. i called the online division only to be told I will only receive my order on the 30th December. This is completely unacceptable. As there is more than enough days given to deliver based on their 3-5 days delivery they advertise on their website... So what are my kids supposed to wear on Christmas day?
