POOR SERVICE, NO TRANSPARENCY, CUSTOMER REQUESTS NOT GRANTED

horrible experience. Ordered online days ago and still no feedback on when to expect delivery or a tracking number. Called the call centre and was advised to expect it in Jan. I am disappointed as they have no sense of customer service and only have a " it is what it is..." approach. I want to cancel my order and they wont allow me to. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN MAKE AN ALTERNATIVE PLAN!!!!!!!
