Poor service and zero customer service. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy any item from them. I bought sneakers on the 20 December 2024 for my cousin, hoping to receive them the soonest since on the website it says they deliver within 3-5 working days. Today its the 28 December 2024 no sneaker no update, their contact details displayed on their website is not going through at all its says the number is invalid, on their facebook page they never attend to queries, I tried tracking my parcel with the waybill number it says no shipment. Now I have to buy another pair of sneakers for cousin. I am frustrated and disappointed at the same time. On their facebook page most people are also complaining with the same problem. and Vans have the nerve to post on their wall almost every hour but do not solve the issues of shipping parcels. Poor service and zero customer service.
