Generic Customer Service

Customer service not brand consistent. I emailed them advising them that the said promo price on their website was not correct and as a result could not make the said purchase. This was on the website yesterday but according to them it ended the day before. Hugely disappointing for such a brand to create an expectation and not deliver. I received an email today totally generic in nature basically saying they cannot assist. I honestly expected more from Vans.
