Frustrated customer

They dont even deserve a star , I have placed an order last week Monday the 2nd of December till today its another Monday my order has not been processed. I have sent emails all they say is they still busy. They have too many orders . If they cant deliver on time they must stop taking orders. I needed those sneakers for a photoshoot whicha had to happen without them. I am now leaving for the holidays still no sneakers joooh . I will never again.
