DISGUSTED TO THE LAST CORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the Vans store in Cresta yesterday 29-12-2017, initially i wanted to buy a certain pair of shoes but my size was sold out. One of the sales lady suggested i buy a Limited Edition shoe which was on sale for R550. On the till i paid R850 but didn't pay much attention to it. When i got out of the store i realised i actually had paid 850, i couldn't go back to the store as i had left the mall already. Today afternoon i passed there just to ask if the shoe really was 850,i spoke to a sales person called Gift and boy did i have the worst shopping experience in my whole entire shopping life. I asked him how much the shoes was and he said 950 and i then narrated my story and he asked me who had helped me when i told him it was the white guy he went ahead to say there was no way he could have charged me wrong and that if i felt cheated i must bring back the shoe. he also went on to tell me how i could have entered my pin and not realised what i am paying and when i said its because i thought it was 550 he told his other colleague that i'm Tito Mboweni shaa shaa. He was doing this while leaning over the counter talking to his colleague and clearly not paying me any attention. I asked what the return policy is and he said as long as i haven,t worn the shoe and its in its original packaging the i can bring it back and i went on to ask if it was 7 days or 30 days and he repeated what he had had said,he looked at his colleague and told him that i looked guilty like someone who had worn the shoe. He then left to go to the back and didn't care to know if i was satisfied or not. Actually everyone was now at the back office there was literally no else besides customers trying on shoes on the sales floor. Like really??? i am utterly disgusted with this kind of service especially coming from a big International brand. It is disappointing going into a store and leaving with a sour taste in your mouth all because a brand like yours has less experienced sales people and no nothing about customer service. The Cresta store sucks to the store. I won't go back there.
