No / Poor Swimming pool maintenance after service

Poor after service from the supplier. Pool maintenance was done, afterword's the pool paint started pealing and now the supplier is not available and do not come back to me to rectify the problem. He blocked me on calls and whatsapp. Asked my husband to ask him to call me and still no callback. Also spoke to his wife with no avail.
