Attorney appointed by Absa for conveyencing,used the money for personal gain and did not settle the bond and pay us our dues,as stated in the divorce settlement as well as our purchasing contract

Mr Rakwena was assisting my ex husband on the divorce proceeding.one of thedivorce settlement condition was our house would be sold and money will settle the bond and share the proceeds.Mr Rakwena was then appointed by absa as a conveyed .house was bought and three instalments were paid in Mr Rakwenas account that he supp**** to the buyers.the last instalment was in August 2015.we since waited for the house to be settled and removed from our name but nothing.Mr Rakwena will always giv empty promises.I cannot buy anything because the house is always in areas and discredit my credit profile.he makes payment only when we receive messages that ther will be judgement against the house and use his Law profession to cool the matter.I don't know what to do anymore,we have made so many appointments that he Mr Rakwena will made promises but he doesn't keep.can I please get intervention or be referred to the relevant place for assistance. ..
