My Long Outstanding Payments

Instead of the company (Vanpoint Technologies) giving us feedback or pay my long outstanding payments, the company has taken their website down. Even Tracy, their frontline worker who used to respond almost immediately is just 'blueticking' my messages and run away. Since 5 January, they said SARS is doing Tax Assessment. Does that really takes months?
