Vannie Kaap your service sucks!!

I have ordered online 2 separate orders. One I paid a delivery fee for and the other one is to be delivered to their canal walk store. I went to the store to collect my order and I was told that I would get an email with instructions. I requested a phone no I can call for customer service and complaints and was told they are not allowed to give out nos. I was given 2 email addresses of which I emailed, The response was the same as what the staff member advised me when I went to the store. They claim that your order will be delivered within 10 - 14 days. This is a joke as I order international and it is delivered within 7 days. My first order was placed on the 27th June and the next order about 4 days after that. I tried emailing on several times *** but every time I emailed the server returns the email with the following message. his is the mail system at host relay.mailchannels.net.

I am disappointed in their service and will never ever order from them again. How do you run a business without a telephone no to call or emails being answered to satisfy a customer. Vannie Kaap your service sucks!!!!
