I am forced to give this business a 1 star as zero is not an option here! As an avid online shopper, their service is despicable. Absolutely no customer services at all, pre-sale, after sales or otherwise! I had high hopes for this local company but i'll never support them again. As a customer, I feel unimportant, and we all know that, that is business failure 101.
