No package received

<p>I placed my order 12th July with Vannie Kaap. Made payments. They promise a delivery within 5-7 days. It's been 3 weeks already. After numerous amount of emails, I still don't know where I stand. Will I receive my package? After all my emails I received 1 from then telling me someone will phone me. Still I have not heard anything since. Im very disappointed and unhappy as this was supposed to be a birthdag gift. </p>
