More disappointment with VK!

I should have looked at these previous reviews before I ordered!

I ordered a present for an overseas friend, 2 weeks before my departure date. I had 9 working days to receive it, and according to their website, needed a maximum of 7. Unfortunately, I leave tomorrow, the package has not arrived, and VK is impossible to get hold of. So disappointed with what I thought was a great company and proudly local initiative!
