Fuming

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have received from Vaanie Kaap , I placed an order for a tshirt for my 3 year old on the 30th of September 2021 , I got told it would take 7-10 working days for it to be delivered, after two weeks I received no feed back on my delivery, I phoned and then got told there will be a delay of another 7-10 working days a month later I got told my order can not be fulfilled and I'll get a full refund which would also take 7-10 working days. I have sent several emails, numerous phone calls , we are now on the 7th of January 2022 and I still havent got my refund , not even a reply to my email! Worse experience ever, so utterly disappointed.
