EVERYTHING ABOUT VK IS ***

Absolutely terrible customer service. I requested a refund for an item I had bought online that I didn't collect. I was told that they weren't able to refund me but could give me a voucher. After multiple emails sent back and forth, I eventually was told that I could get a refund and was asked to send my banking details to a separate email. I had sent them but haven't received any communication back since then. It has been 48 hours and at this point I am convinced that they are not going to refund me and ***** my entire R350
