Disgusting Customer Services

I ordered a T-shirt at the end of September, I was given 10-14 days to which they said there was a delay, another 7-10 days then they just went awol! When I made a stink about it on their social platforms they rep**** to my emails and said another 5 days, I gave them till last Friday and still nothing came of it, now I’ve been demanding my refund and they are ignoring me! They cannot stick to their SLA and promises to their customers!
