Bad and appalling customer service

Im so disgusted by the service ive recieved from you people. My order was placed on 26 March 2018. After people fail to communicate properly with me via email. Ive received a notification at 10am saying my order has been dispatched. Its now 23:39 pm on on 3 May 2018, no order. Its more than 5 weeks and i still have not recieved my order. Just got a call at 7pm saying " its been crazy at work amd my delivery could not be done during the day" for someone to come out at 7pm is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional by far to say the least. And ive ordered more than R900 worth of items both times. I expect some form of apology for this unprofessional behavior of this company.
