Bad Attitude

I took an iron to Vankers Electrical for repairs after being recommended to go to them by Kenwood repair centre in Durban. I walk into the store and enquire about iron repairs. The guy at the counter tells me that they dont do repairs. So i asked him whether they were doing and now stopped doing so, and how long since they stopped. They guy replies : 7 months and then says in a ****y tone, Do you want any other details from me? My ID number?.<br> I explained to this fellow that I was recommended by Kenwood to come to them and he is giving me this attitude. His co-worker then speaks to me decently and advises me where I can go for repairs.<br> This experience left me with a bad view of their store. I shall not be going back there again. I'll take my business where it will be appreciated
