Where's my order?
<p>I paid for the product on Thursday 8th and understandibly the order is only dipatched once the funds reflect so I was told it would be delivered on Monday. But Monday came and went... </p> <p>I enquired again on Monday afternoon and was told it will arrive today (Tuesday), and nothing. </p> <p>I sent another email this afternoon to ask for a tracking number but no reply. </p> <p> </p> <p>The customer service was great up to the ppint where I had to chase them up and now there is no communication. </p> <p>They also have no contact number. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sincerely hope I'm wrong but this smells of bs. </p>
I finally received my order on the 19th June!
It was supposed to be delivered on the 12th but the courier copy shows it was only dispatched on the 13th.
I did recieve another email notification on the 14th last week that stated it has been sent.
I'm so happy that it finally arrived, I was convinced I was ****med :-(
They still don't hve a FB or twitter presence and the address from which it was sent is different to what is shown on the website.
I hve sent n email raiing these concerns but likely won't be ordering from them again anyway.
