Bad Service and false advertising

I bought Vanish 500g (+150g) Vanish refill on 14 December 2014 at Checkers Cobblewalk. I weighed the product and it weighed 560g and not 650g as advertised by Vanish. I phoned the customer services line and spoke to Nthabiseng Mokwena on the 30th December at 9:50. He first told me my scale is incorrect and then told me that the packaging must be included in the 650g. After the call, I weighed the bag and it weighed 10g. I took the Vanish back to Checkers Cobblewalk and asked them to investigate. I was there several times and spoke to different supervisors to find out what they found out. Everytime I was told that they are waiting for Vanish to come back to them. Up until today neither Checkers nor Vanish contacted me regarding my enquiry.
