I purchased Vanilla Man vanilla paste for a specific recipe and ended up having to use an unsuitable substitute because when I opened the product which was still months away from expiry date it was mouldy dried out and rotten.<br> <br> What was even more frustrating was that I made contact with the company I had to email 3 times before they responded. When they finally did they promised to post a replacement but never did. I followed up and was ignored. Followed up again and was promised a replacement to be sent in next 2 days. It never happened. I followed up twice more. I have now lost my sense of humour and patience. Shocking customer service and product quality. I first lodged this complaint on 7 Jan and it is now 10 Feb.<br> <br> I would highly recommend retailers like Pick n Pay to reconsider stocking this product
