A courier parcel was incorrectly delivered next door to them and when contacting Vanilla Guest House in Randpark Ridge, Randburg, Sonja was so helpful offering to follow it up for us. She really went above and beyond trying to be helpful and we are so impressed - if that is the service they offer then I can recommend them to everyone.
