vanguard residential village. klipfontein road. a place wher i recommend nobody to live. cause they a bunch of *****s. you pay rental which is R6800. they dnt tell the pple how the bill u for water and electricy. you have to buy each day a R100. I bought R500 on a Friday night the Monday I had to purchased again. a bunch of ******. glad I left that *** place. really it's not contstatia. cause u look into heideveld hospital.....
