Warning - VanFuni Engineering ****med our Company for over half a million rand

Please be warned our company have been ****med for over half a million rand from Vanfuni Engineering and Phindile Ngcobo claiming to work at the Department of Tourism. We received a Request for Quotation from the Department of Tourism - Phindile Ngcobo was the contact person whom phoned us from the Department of Tourism to request a price for Attohaulic Cylinders. The only supplier we found was VanFuni Engineering based in Cape Town. We submitted our Quotation to Phindile and received an official Purchase Order from the Department of Tourism signed by their Financial Manager Avhafarei Maphiri. We ordered the cylinders and paid for it the same day. Two days later we received another RFQ but this time the request was for more cylinders. Under instructions from Phindile we added a further percentage for our mark up. We again received another official purchase order and proceeded to order the cylinders from VanFuni Engineering, we also paid them the same day. This was repeated a third time, after receiving another RFQ for a 1000 cylinders our boss decided to go and see Phindile only to find out she doesn't work at the Department, neither does Avhafarei Maphiri work there. We then requested VanFuni Engineering to send us a delivery note for the parts they supposedly delivered to Phindile Ngcobo at the Department of Tourism and knew immediately, when they send us the bogus delivery note, that they were also in cahoots with Phindile and de*****ed us for over half a million rand.
