Unprofessional and rude!!!

She offered her services as a caterer for our wedding. 2 days before the wedding se sends us a message that she is only going to deliver the food and it is our problem to keep the food warm. This is after we discussed our requirements and a written qoute was accepted and paid in full more than a month before the wedding. She then arrived at the venue with NO utensils to serve the food nor was there any spaces on the food as a result of this my guests did not eat her food. Money wasted but she clearly does not care.
