Greedy Vanderbijlpark Dltc officials

I am so ****ed with the *******ion thats going on at that department. Today my son and his friend went to write their leaners license tests... My son did not have the so called R1500 tjhotjo and he went to the class to write but the friend who paid the tjotjo waited outside to be given the leaners license without even writing. First of all are this officials working at the dltc not getting paid? Where must this trying to make life struggling people get all this tjotjo's from? This has gotten out of hand and the officials working there are heartless i hate that place with all of my heart but one day they will all reap what they sow.. Every dog has its day you cannot gamble with peoples feelings like that especially with the people who are trying to make something of their life. This has to come to an end... Minister fikile Mbalula has to something about this departments are our very own are struggling under the ******* hands of greedy officials. So this means if you dont pay you wont get your leaners. This bull**** and has to stop. Im going to post this everywhere until im heard and my son can even point the official who straight and told him if you dont pay you going to fail. Something must be done. We have try and get this right
