Bad service from Vanderbijlpark Tombsone

I bought my husbands tombstone in November 2013, the tombstone collapsed I reported the matter in February 2017 asking them to please get the tombstone fixed, they gave me the run around they only came through in August 2017. Unfortunately to this day my husbands tombstone hasn't been back, there's a lady by the name of Nelly who doesn't keep her promise of sorting out this matter and it's getting frustrating.
