VDACC : Communication breaks down completely

I have been trying to resolve a SARS VAT refund issue since January, which started months before my account fell into arrears. The vendor has now stopped answering messages and has provided zero feedback for some time. ~ VAT Refund Blocked: Period 202506 (*******) ~ Current Status: Held up due to outstanding 202602 VAT returns and an ongoing SARS audit. While I acknowledge my financial arrears, ignoring a client regarding an issue that they actively tried to resolve long before any billing problems occurred is highly unprofessional.
