Warranty

On 30 th March 2013 purchased two electrically adjustable beds and mattresses with 10 year warranty for <br> R 66,000.00. On 26 th July 2015 I had reported to Pharmaline that the mattresses had become very hard and were causing back ache to my wife and myself. After several Emails and faxes a blue overhaul worker was sent who merely pressed down on the bed and told me that the responsiveness (resilience) of the mattresses was good but that he would discuss the hardness with his superior. Then got a call from a Collette Caldeira who on 21 st August 2015 informed me that they would take the matter up with their suppliers in Europe. To date heard nothing. 10 year warranty worthless?<br>
