Vencasa - Tempur Mattress

I bought my Tempur King size extra length less than 7 years ago.

I have rotated my mattress every 3 months and have slept on the left side of the mattress.

Approximately 2 years ago I added the egg-shell shaped thin topping as the mattress seemed very dense and I was waking up sore – I have had 2 back operations.

In the last month I cannot sleep on the left side anymore as there seems to be a definite dent in the mattress which is offering no support.

I now sleep in the middle of the mattress which is definitely more support and offers a better sleep.

I bought my mattress from Vencasa Design Quarter and was promised a 10 year Warranty.

I reported the above to Vencasa and was instructed to pay a R650 inspection fee. They came and placed the mattress on the floor, unzipped and pushed down on the mattress. On their report it stated that that my mattress is still within Normal limits.

I know that this mattress has deteriorated and it is sagging and is now not offering any support.

I will never buy a tempur mattress again seeing that the 10 year warranty has not been honored.

The Tempur Mattress is expensive but definitely does not last for 10 years.
