Vencasa Tempur Bedford Centre
Very happy with both Vencasa Tempur Bedford Centre & Umhlanga stores. Zanele at the Bedford Centre has such a calm relaxed nature & gave us excellent advice. Her extensive knowledge & quick customer service also got us a bed base from a different Vencasa branch, in no time. We went in on a Sunday & by Monday morning everything was organised. We love our new bed, pillows and the amazing multipurpose mattress cover that doubles as fitted sheet – also suggested by Zanele. Tralin from Tempur Umhlanga was hot on Zanele’s heels with organising the delivery exactly on the agreed date and time. The delivery guys were very sweet & unpacked the bed & base for us. It was a big move and i can honestly say, Vencasa was the only delivery & order that ran smoothly! Excellent service! Zanele even surprised with fabulous Gift Vouchers. Thanks to Fabby at the the Bedford Centre Branch as well, her kind nature and willingness to help is always refressing.
