I went into the shop in desperate need of a pillow that will assist me with neck problems . I consulted with one of the shop assistants and they recommend a pillow that will assist with the problem and I purchased it. Three weeks later I went back to the shop because the one I purchased wasn’t resolving the issue. I consulted with another shop assistant and they told me that the previous one sold me the wrong pillow. I am really angry because : they sold me a wrong pillow for the sake of making sales 2. I was told I can’t return the pillow and get the right one.
