Unhappy

We enquired about a bed and mattresses and we also bought 2 pillows, which we were not happy about and the next day we called her to ask her to return the pillows. We were told that we cannot return the pillows, we were shocked, but then decided we will leave it, but also we will definitely not buy any bed or mattress. If we were told about the nobrefund policy, we would not have just bought.
