• When we left the shop, we were promised all documents will be emailed that day 22-12-2022 – documents received the 12-01-2023 • We received the bed on the 20th and not the 5th of January as promised • Nono called and whatsapped me and refused to change the colour of my base she said that I gave the sales consultant a colour which I didn’t I told Shaquille that I would bring her a sample to match the base, that was resolved but only after me fighting • When we received the beds on the 20th my side of the bed wasn’t working at all they said we need a new motor. • They came to fix it on the 23rd when testing it the noises was very loud lots of rattling which I reported to Shaquile and Nono • When they came yesterday the 25th upon taking off the mattresses we found loose and broken off parts after not even one week which Shaquile promised years of many peaceful and healthy restful sleeping. All pictures were sent to Shaquile, and she advised that this is not the bed we were supposed to receive, we wanted a new bed not a damaged broken demo and Shaquile promised us a new bed. We drive 2 top of the range brand new Porsches and have never purchased any demo models in our lives why will we purchase a demo bed she promised a new bed. • The bed we asked for was exactly the same as the one we had experienced at the Hyde Park Store which was whisper quiet and extremely comfortable the one I have is actually making my back sore and creaks when turning which Shaquile said will never happen because the wooden bars are old and bent • We were never explained that you do not do refunds in fact she told us that we can return it if we aren’t happy • We want to be refunded as we do not have faith in your product and service. • We were given very bad service from the get-go. We are extremely unhappy we spent weeks in anticipation of having the best night's sleep ever as guaranteed by your demo in Hyde Park and Shaquile we have had a nightmare sleep one of rattling and sinking mattresses not supported properly.
