Poor service and lack of response

I bought a bed for my daughter who went for a spine operation. The 1st night she slept on the bed she complained about the seeming unstable bed and too soft mattress. We convinced her to give the bed another chance and she slept on it for 2x more nights, then insisted that we move her old bed back into her room. I called Pharmaline Tempur to collect the bed and it took them 4 weeks to eventually come. It's now 2x weeks later and they still haven't refunded my money, R30,999.00. They refused to refund back to my credit card and insisted on me providing my bank account, yet they still fail to pay back my money. Stay away from this company, Pharmaline Tempur.
