Poor customer care
Very poor customer care Tempur at Clearwater ! Disappointed we bought a bed around 28 February 2023, till today we have not received any communication regarding the bed! I had to call them and they said they will call me back they still failed to call me back ! I had to call them again. The brand store may look fancy poor service very unhappy With customer care!!!! Unlike Cori-Croft soon as you make purchase there’s always someone from the store calls and keeping keep the client updated your goods. Even with their factory they have someone who also gives you an update on your order. I do not recommend these folks ! Had high hopes but very poor customer service. They don’t deserve a star from us as the family. Can we just have our bed already. We still waiting

I have had the same feedback from the store, and our distribution service, that they've tried to contact you for over a week and received the same "voicemail" reply.
