Pillow

I purchased my first two pillows in 2019 not even a year passed and the pillows soften so much that we were suffering from neck pain. Vencasa allowed us to exchange the pillows and convinced us to go with a more expensive pillow so that we do not experience the same problem. After another 8 month we are experiencing the same problem, so we wen’t back to the Bedford Centre store where we have purchased it and they refused to help us because we had to logg a call with head office first just to say that we are bringing in the pillows after speaking to head office they simply said that we can expect it to soften as it is already 8 months later and decides before even inspecting the pillow that they will not exchange it. I feel that Vencasa is taking everyone for a fool. I paid over R2000.00 a pillow and when they sell the pillow they say take the more expensive one because of the warranty but the warranty means nothing.
