Non-delivery

<p>We ordered a Tempur mattress and base set from Tempur Clearwater. We called them the day before delivery and confirmed the time of either morning or by 1pm. </p> <p>It is now 3:24pm and we have still not received delivery. We have obviously been waiting the entire day.</p> <p>Upon calling the store at 1:45pm,we were called back with a delivery time of between 2 and 3pm. However ,this did not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can such a reputable store have such poor delivery services?</p> <p> </p> <p>The delivery guy has just arrived ,as I am typing this complaint. However, this certainly does not excuse the fact that they did not keep to their delivery time and made us wait the entire morning and midday.</p> <p> </p> <p>The name of the delivery guy is Eric, who **** to the sales consultant (Shreneesh) that he was at our gate when he was not.</p> <p>All that can be said is that our base set from them better be delivered timeously next year!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
