Great privilege to sleep on a Tempur mattress and deal with Vencasa.

We bought a mattress from Vencasa Canal Walk whilst on holiday in Cape Town. It was delivered promptly and when promised. We used the required mattress protector and slept on the mattress for a few weeks. For both my husband and myself, we found it much harder than what we tested in CT. We went to Vencasa Clearwater and the exchange was dealt with efficiently and with courtesy. We are extremely happy with our Tempur mattress. It is wonderful and the best mattress we have ever slept on.
