Giving such fantastic service

I live in a small town in KZN and wanted to buy my husband the Shaitsu Back Massager for his birthday. Living where I live, I knew I would not get it here. I went online and contacted the supplier who directed me to the Cresent branch.<br> Trilen was very helpful and assisted me in choosing exactly what I was looking for (with numerous emails and questions - not once did I get the feeling of irritation, all my questions were answered and suggestions made to assist me).<br> As I live quite far out of Durban the only way to get the product to me would be via courier. Trilen obtained a quote for me for a courier company, however, the cost was quite high. My sister lives in Durban and I asked if there wasn't a chance the courier would deliver to her and I would make a plan to fetch from her.<br> Trilen then offered to drop it off at no charge, which I graciously accepted. Yesterday I received a telephone call to say my product will be dropped off at 12h30. I am so impressed with the fantastic service I received, its not often someone goes out of their way to assist you and Trilen went the extra mile for me and I'm very grateful!!
