Shocking vehicle, empty promises and no interest

I bought a ML 350 Mercedes Benz from Vanam Trading Services. The owner Grant Long has been very polite, unfortunately that is where his service stopped. Buying the car in the condition he claimed it to be and then learned the extended list of damages to the vehicle I from the outset informed Grant who undertook he will assist and look into it. NO AVAIL. I bought a car with low mileage from VANAM TRADING and now have spend R 170 000 in repairs to gearbox, shocks, arm control units. ECU, computer box who has been worked on in Cape Town before, M/B it cannot be repaired, yet there is a sticker on the box, two rear control computer boxes, engine mountings, mountings that was sprayed with hard fume between the gearbox and engine.....list never ending. DONT ever buy a vehicle from this company. This man has no interest in your safety or that of your family. A dream vehicle turned into a nightmare and every time I get on the road, I am not sure what next will break. I bought the vehicle with 108000km on the clock, now on 157 000km, I spend 170 000 for driving less than 50 000 km, effectively R 3470 per 1000 km. I threaten to go to Ombudsman.
