Not Recommended, be Careful : VZ Maintenance Worx (Pty) ltd

Had extensive repairs to interior & exterior walls of my home in Rietvalleirand, Pta. Work involved plaster stripping , water-proofing, plastering & painting. Work was carried out by VZ Maintenance Worx, owned & managed by Mr Andre van Zyl, I engaged van Zyl via Kandua service provider-finder web site and thought it a reasonable choice. The whole job cost me approx R69000 & always paid progressively and the finished work seemed good. Within 6-7 months hundreds of small cracks occurred along with plaster falling out and large cracks opened up. I attempted to phone/WhatsApp van Zyl but he refused to respond. I advised Kandua of the situation just to advise them of the bad workmanship & of his no-response seeing as they seemed to recommend him via their listings: Kandua recommended legal action. and did correspond with both van Zyl & myself. Be carefull of VZ Maintenance Worx everyone, I had a bad experience so would not recommend them, now have to re-do the work at greater expense which does not seem to bother van Zyl's conscience, Probably feels good about catching another sucker!!
