Blacklisted by mistake

Hi ,

They blacklisted the last year 2021 October 10 by VAN WYK OOSTHUIZEN ATTORNEYS (***) for the property that I did not own...and now I am struggling to get my name be removed from Experian and when i approached them last month the accepted that it was a mistake and they will address it and they won't to court to fix it but my name is still on ITC.
