Overcharging electricity and bad services
Vs soon prop pty ltd presented by Uranian beylis Emmarentia court. Ok so when we moved there the deposit was ridiculous but it's fine they were changing also keys for 500 rand ok so first we moved second month when they send invoices the this they listed they are ridiculous admin R250 water R500 I want to complain about electricity it's about R1800 close to R2000 and I asked the landlord's to come install the prepaid she didn't reply she kept quiet because most of the time went home we arrive later on today invoice come R2194 it not possible how because we usually not home how can our electricity bill come back so high I tried calling her to tell her that can a prepaid be installed she didn't answer so I want a prepaid and also know how can electricity bill be this high it not possible there services are bad in terms of fixing things they take time my door has been broken but no one come since November till today the charging of the flat is to high can this be looked into .when we moved in they were suppose to come and inspector to come check before but no the inspector come after there things are not in order so I don't know if it's city power or the owners are over charging us can this be resolved
